Lion Jack Blyth
December 17, 1918 – October 22, 2011


Passed away at Caressant Care McLaughlin Road, Lindsay on Saturday, October 22, 2011 at the age of 92.  Beloved wife of Irene Blyth.  Loved father of Ken Blyth (Joan) of Holland Landing and Linda Cook (Doug predeceased) of Lindsay.  Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren John Blyth (Wendy), Ken Blyth (Ann), Gary Blyth, David Blyth (Carman), Cheryl Raven (Shawn), D.J. Cook (Rebecca) and Jodi Cook (Mike Smoke), 19 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.  Jack was born in Toronto to parents Grace (nee Wallace) and Louis Blyth.  Predeceased by his sister Margueritte Tapley (Gordon) and inlaws Nellie Boyd (Norm), Grace Harrison (Jack (living), John Gould (Ina), Ken Gould (Anne (living)), Robert Gould and Maurice Gould.  Survived by his inlaws Aubrey Gould (Helen), Elda Sedore (Louis) and Bill Gould.  He lived in Oak Ridges most of his life where he was self employed in real estate and insurance.  Jack was a charter member of Oak Ridge’s Lions Club
